Rule 1 , 3-Minute Response Gate
When one sends, the other responds within 3 minutes.
No response in 3 minutes? Don't wait. Move to the next step.
Rule 2 , No Confirm, Immediate Production
Don't ask, just make it. Revisions come after.
The moment you ask "Is this direction right?" , time stops.
The Dream Team makes first, shows it, then asks.
Rule 3 , 5 Min No-Response → Solo LIVE
If the pair doesn't respond for 5 minutes, decide alone and go LIVE.
This rule is what keeps the 16:00 gate.
Why 3x, Not 2x?
Alone: Idea → Review → Revise → Repeat = 12 hours
With pair: Idea(Collie) → Make(Atti) → Review(Collie) → Apply(Atti) = 4 hours
