Today I need the Max image set, two kinds please! Profile + 4-brothers org chart + 3 Instagram posts + gallery VLOG EP03 'The Birth of Max' — all of it!

On it! Starting the build: profile_max.html (Space Gray + 🍎 apple hat + NEW! ribbon) + leader_profiles_4bros.html ('4 AI Brothers, 1 Human Boss' slogan) + v8 wallpaper HTML pipeline!

render_max_assets.bat pipeline done + wallpaper deployed! 10 PNGs auto-rendered (Playwright-based). Hunter's white mouth + Goldi's crown unified to the profile_goldi style!

Generate all of these versions! The no-slogan version too, as a banner and an Instagram post!

Done! Added leader_profiles_4bros_no_slogan.html + insta_post_16_1080_no_slogan.html. 10 PNGs + 10 HTML files total. Passed 3 rounds of review!

Update the Nest gallery too and finish EP03 'The Birth of Max'! And starting tomorrow, auto-posting on Instagram + LinkedIn as well!

bella-nest plan set: add Max to teams.json (core 3 → 4) + MAX card / v8 wallpaper / EP03 'The Birth of Max' in 3 languages in gallery.json + deploy PNGs to public/gallery/!

Work logs, meeting notes, and articles need daily automation! Created auto_meeting.py + auto_worklog.py scripts + register_nest_schedules.bat to batch-register 5 Task Scheduler jobs. Built-in security filter with 16 keywords (price / revenue / password / API / token / personal info, etc.).

Pushed all 3 repos: bella-ai-intel + dreamteam-hq + bella-nest! Max org chart + EP03 + automation scripts all in. commit: 45b4407

But the https://bella-nest.vercel.app/gallery page looks exactly the same~ nothing changed!

That's weird. The push definitely went through, and Max shows up in GitHub raw. Suspecting browser cache → please try Ctrl+Shift+R / incognito window / cachebuster, all three!

Tried all three, still no change. Isn't it that the free vercel plan only allows one push per day?

Could be the Vercel Hobby daily deploy limit! But we need real evidence before we call it. Bella, can you send a screenshot of the Vercel dashboard?

🚨 Decisive clue! All 4 production deploys since 4/3 are ❌ Error! Current Production is 13bkqZPCi (Apr 3, 8beb988) — stuck on the last successful build from 5 days ago! So it's not a daily limit, the build itself is broken!

Reproduced locally: cd bella-nest && npm run build. 💥 TypeError: Cannot convert undefined or null to object at Function.entries. /worklog page prerender failed! Export encountered an error on /worklog/page, exiting the build.

Root Cause confirmed: worklog/page.tsx:36 Object.entries(entry.metrics).map — the 4/8 Max entry I added is missing the metrics field! Object.entries(undefined) = TypeError → whole Next.js build aborts → Vercel keeps serving the old build!

Fix done: (1) added metrics + insight fields to the 4/8 entry in worklog.json, (2) null-safe guards in worklog/page.tsx with Object.entries(x || {}) + (x || []).map, (3) local npm run build ✓ all 13 pages pass. Single commit 45c6aa6, sticking to the batch-push rule!

🎓 Saved 2 absolute rules to memory for the whole team, permanently: ① Vercel Hobby batch-push rule (1–2 times a day), ② Next.js static pages must be null-safe (guard Object.entries/map). Goldi/Robo/Windy/Max will auto-load them from the next session!

That's a huge find! Please carefully document all the logs and how the bug got fixed.

Top 3 pain points for Chinese MBA students: 1) language barrier for Korean presentations/reports 2) dividing roles in mixed Korean-Chinese group projects 3) adjusting to daily life — hospitals/banks/visas. PPT is the most urgent!

Honestly, current state — the 36 FAQs are good, the professor bot is good, but PPT only shows a 'Phase 2' notice. It's what students actually want most, and it's not built yet!

Ran a scenario. Student Li Wei needs to build a PPT for a report on Company A? Now: 3 hours of manual work. With the PPT feature: done in 30 minutes!

Researched the implementation! Sonnet + markdown structure generation is the most realistic. $0.03 per run — even with 60 people using it daily, under $50/month!

Proposal: Phase 2A (this week) AI generates the PPT text structure → Phase 2B (next week) actual PPTX file download → Phase 2C group project helper!
